Location

Phoenix Physical Therapy is located in Snyder, NY at the corner of Main Street and Harlem Road in the Manhattan Bagel building. A large parking lot with two entrance options and an elevator help you easily access our second floor office.

Monday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Wednesday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Based on availability.

Last treatment session is scheduled no later than 45 minutes prior to close.
